Do I need a membership to play?

No membership is required. You can book and play anytime. However, we do offer memberships or packages with discounted rates for frequent players.

How do I book a simulator?

All bookings are made online through our website. Choose your time, select your bay, and confirm your payment.

How do I get into the facility?

You’ll receive an email with a link that becomes active 15 minutes before your tee time. You can press the button in the email and get instant access to the facility

Can I extend my booking if I want more time?

Accepted Answer

Yes! As long as the bay isn’t already booked after your session, you will be prompted in your bay to extend 5 minutes before your time ends if the next slot is available. Or you can book one of the other bays, and slide over when your initial session ends.

How do I start playing once inside?

Find your assigned bay. The Trackman IO simulator will automatically activate during your scheduled booking time.

What should I bring?

Bring your own golf clubs or rentals are provided for $10 during the checkout process.

Balls and tees will be provided. We recommend cleaning your clubs to keep the simulators in top condition.

Golf shoes with soft spikes or clean sneakers are fine. Please do not use any outdoor balls on the screens.

Do you provide rentals?

Currently, we have 1 Right Handed and 1 Left Handed set of clubs available to rent for $10 each. This price is NOT per hour and inclusive of your entire session!

You will be prompted during your booking process if you wish to add rentals.

Failure to maintain or return rental clubs will result in a fine.

How many people can play per bay?

Up to 4 players per bay is recommended for comfort and pace of play.

How many courses are available to play?

Trackman IO features hundreds of world-class courses from around the globe, plus driving range and practice modes.

Are there washrooms available?

Yes, we have two restrooms, including one that is fully accessible.

Do you sell food or drinks?

Yes, we have vending machines stocked with snacks and beverages. You’re also welcome to bring your own non-alcoholic drinks. Please ensure each bay is cleaned for the next person before leaving. Leftover garbage may result in a fine.

For safety and to keep the facility family-friendly, alcohol is not permitted on site.

Is parking available?

We offer four dedicated parking spaces conveniently located directly in front of our entrance. Additional street parking is available on Peter Street and Queen Street.
Please note that parking in the neighbouring dentist’s lot is not permitted, as it is privately managed and unauthorized vehicles may be ticketed. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding, and we are actively working to secure additional parking options for our guests.

Yes, the building is equipped with security cameras and monitoring for safety.

To cancel a booking, sign in to your AllWedge account by visiting: https://book.allwedge.com/

Cancellations are allowed up to 12 hours before your scheduled tee time to receive a full refund and up to 6 hours to receive a credit for your booking.

Bookings cannot be modified within the portal. To make a change, please cancel your existing reservation and book a new time through our website. Sunday Nine cannot guarantee availability for rescheduled bookings.
